Payments and Cancellations
How to Pay
- Cash payment – on the day, directly to our idGuides Community Trail Guide
- Cash payment – in advance, delivered to our office
- By bank transfer – in advance, to:
BCA 286 145 6473 – Mr. Cepi Burhanudin, idGuides Director. Please notify us (firstname.lastname@example.org) of transfer. You will receive a receipt by email.
If you have booked a trek with us and are unable to make it please make sure to let us know before 6pm the day before. Otherwise, any no-show on the day of the trek, or if you cancel on the day of the trek you will still be charged for our service.
During the rainy season however, we will contact you the morning of the trek to let you know of any adverse conditions. Having been told of these conditions and you decide not to come trek with us that morning you will not be charged for our services. Read our rainy season protocols here
